Day 8: RC Essential Oil
The very first time I smelled R.C. I was in love! The smell is absolutely amazing! R.C. is a blend of TEN amazing essential oils, including three types of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Myrtle and a few others that make up for an energizing, invigorating blend. This is one of yet another MUST have oils that you want to have on hand for winter wellness. There are a lot of oils and supplements that I keep in my cabinet at all times, and R.C. is one of those.
RC Essential Oil Uses:
*Rub on your chest and back of the neck before an early-morning workout.
*Use with YL V- 6 oil or carrier oil of your choice for a foot- back massage after your gym routine or outdoor adventure.
*Place a few drops in a hot bath or shower. The warm water will calm and soothe you, and the oil will diffuse with the steam for an invigorating and empowering experience.
*Brighten your outlook during early-morning errands by applying R.C. oil to your chest and wrists.
*Make a hot compress to provide more comfort in chest during the winter months.
*Add 3-4 drops of RC in your diffuser in the fall to promote healthy respiratory support.
*Dilute it if you desire and rub it on our feet for respiratory support.
Do not ingest. RC is not a dietary oil. It is for topical use only, or for diffusing. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and use caution on very small children. Here is a great article for using oils on infants.
