My friend made this at an essential oil gathering and I fell in love with the taste, texture and had to share it with you! So simple to make, all natural ingredients, and you can feel good about eating AND enjoying them!

How to Make Lemon Vitality Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almond flour, more if needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 drop Young Living Lemon Vitality Essential Oil

Instructions:

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until well combined. Roll into desired shape (about 1 tablespoon or bigger if desired). Store in an airtight container and refrigerate. Eat and enjoy!
